How the afternoon and evening run, from the first pint to the last.

Come whenever suits from 14:00. There's no seating plan and nothing to be late for yet.
- 14:30Welcome drinks
A drink on the heated terrace while everyone finds each other. Both bars are open from the moment you arrive.
- 16:00A few words
Short ones, we promise. Then a toast, and back to the important business of talking to each other.
- 18:00Buffet
Laid out in the Clubhouse. Help yourself, go back twice — your RSVP tells the caterers roughly how many of each to make.
- 19:30Cake & first dance
The mirror ball goes on and the dance floor opens to everyone straight afterwards — no standing on ceremony.
- 21:30Late snack
Yard Sale pizza, the pub’s local favourite, around the time the dancing gets serious.
- 23:30Goodbyes
Last orders, and the music stops. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.
